Terms of Sale.
Rules governing purchases, image credits, subscriptions, and digital services on ProductImageFix.
Last updated: April 30, 2026
1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of image credits, one-time packs, subscriptions, and related digital services made available through ProductImageFix and the domain productimagefix.com.
By purchasing credits, subscribing to a plan, starting a payment flow, or using paid features of the Service, you agree to these Terms of Sale in addition to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Legal Notice available on the website.
2. Seller
The seller is Brandonn – Sole Proprietor, as identified in the Legal Notice published on the website.
3. Products and Digital Services
ProductImageFix provides digital image preparation services for product photos, including upload, automatic processing, background cleaning or replacement, product centering, square-format output, preview, result storage, and downloadable files.
Paid access may be provided through one-time image credit packs, recurring subscription plans, or other paid access mechanisms shown on the pricing, checkout, billing, or account pages.
Image credits are digital usage units used only within the Service. Credits have no monetary value, are not electronic money, are not a bank balance, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash.
4. Pricing
Prices are displayed on the website before purchase, usually in euros, unless another currency is clearly indicated at checkout.
The operator reserves the right to change prices, packs, subscription plans, included image quantities, features, limits, and credit allocations at any time for future purchases.
Price changes do not affect purchases that have already been completed, except where required for legal, tax, technical, payment, or fraud-prevention reasons.
Applicable taxes, if any, are handled according to the information displayed at checkout and the rules of the payment provider. Where currency conversion applies, the final amount charged may depend on the payment processor, card issuer, or banking provider.
5. Payment
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe or any other provider made available on the website.
Payment must be successfully completed before credits, subscriptions, or paid access are granted.
The operator does not store full payment card details. Payment processing is subject to the terms, security rules, and policies of the relevant payment provider.
The operator may refuse, cancel, suspend, or review a transaction in case of suspected fraud, payment incident, unusual activity, technical error, incorrect price display, chargeback risk, or breach of the applicable terms.
6. One-Time Image Credit Packs
One-time packs grant a fixed number of image credits that can be used to process product images through the Service.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, one-time purchased credits do not expire while the Service remains available and the user account remains active.
One-time credits are intended for normal use of the Service and remain subject to abuse-prevention rules, security controls, technical limits, and the Terms of Use.
7. Subscriptions
Subscription plans grant a recurring amount of image credits according to the selected plan and billing period.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
- You may cancel at any time through the available billing tools or any other method made available by the operator.
- Cancellation takes effect for the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law.
- No partial refund is owed for an already-started subscription period, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
- If a payment fails, the operator may suspend or restrict subscription benefits until payment is resolved.
8. Subscription Credit Rollover and Balance Cap
Subscription credits may roll over between billing periods, subject to a maximum balance cap equal to two times the monthly credit allocation of the active subscription plan, unless another cap is displayed on the pricing, checkout, billing, or account pages.
Once this cap is reached, newly granted subscription credits may be partially or fully forfeited instead of increasing the credit balance.
One-time purchased credits may be added separately and are not intended to be reduced merely because the subscription rollover cap is reached.
If an account contains both subscription credits and one-time purchased credits, the Service may consume subscription credits first, followed by one-time purchased credits, unless another order is displayed in the user account or billing rules.
If a subscription is cancelled, expires, fails, is refunded, or is terminated, subscription-related credits may stop being granted, may become unavailable, or may be adjusted according to the applicable plan rules and mandatory law.
9. Credit Consumption
Unless otherwise stated, one successfully processed image consumes one image credit.
A credit may be consumed when the conversion is successfully completed and a downloadable result is made available to the user.
If a conversion fails because of a technical error and no usable result is produced, the operator may decide not to consume a credit, restore a credit, retry the conversion, or provide another reasonable technical or commercial solution.
Credits may not be restored where the result was successfully generated but the user is dissatisfied for subjective reasons, including marketplace rejection, product appearance, image composition, input image quality, incorrect upload, or use of an unsuitable source photo, except where required by applicable law or decided voluntarily by the operator.
10. Upload Limits and Batch Processing
The Service may allow users to upload several images at once for batch processing. Upload limits, file size limits, supported formats, maximum batch sizes, processing speed, and download methods may vary depending on the account, available credits, plan, technical conditions, and service configuration.
The operator may refuse or stop a job where the number of images exceeds the available credit balance, the applicable upload limits, or the normal usage rules of the Service.
Any processing time shown on the website is an estimate only and does not constitute a guaranteed delivery time.
11. Immediate Performance of Digital Services
The Service consists of digital content and digital services supplied electronically. Access to credits, subscriptions, and paid features may begin immediately after purchase.
By completing a purchase and using the Service, the user expressly requests immediate performance of the digital service.
Where applicable under mandatory consumer law, the user acknowledges that the statutory right of withdrawal may be lost or affected once performance has begun, once credits have been made available, once processing has started, or once digital content has been supplied.
Nothing in these Terms of Sale excludes any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or limited.
12. Refund Policy
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, purchases of digital credits, subscriptions, processed images, and digitally delivered services are non-refundable once the service has begun, access has been granted, credits have been added to the user account, or image processing has started.
The operator may, at its discretion, issue refunds, credit restorations, retries, or commercial gestures in specific cases, including duplicate payment, proven billing error, proven technical failure, or exceptional circumstances.
Any voluntary refund, credit restoration, retry, or commercial gesture does not create an obligation to provide the same remedy in other cases.
In case of refund, chargeback, payment cancellation, or payment reversal, the operator may remove or reduce the corresponding credits, disable access to related results, suspend the account, or take any reasonable protective measure.
13. Result Quality and Commercial Use
ProductImageFix aims to prepare clean product images suitable for e-commerce workflows, including white-background and square-format outputs.
However, the operator does not guarantee a perfect result, specific visual quality, exact product centering, flawless background removal, absence of artifacts, marketplace acceptance, increased sales, advertising approval, or commercial performance.
Results may be affected by the quality of the uploaded image, lighting, focus, product contrast, shadows, reflections, transparency, packaging shape, image resolution, file compression, and other technical factors.
The user remains solely responsible for reviewing all processed images before publishing, selling, advertising, or uploading them to any marketplace or platform.
14. Service Availability
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, constant processing capacity, fixed processing speed, uninterrupted third-party integrations, permanent storage, or error-free operation.
Temporary downtime, maintenance, infrastructure incidents, payment provider issues, hosting incidents, security measures, moderation actions, or third-party provider failures do not automatically entitle the user to a refund, credit reimbursement, or compensation, except where required by applicable law.
15. Chargebacks, Payment Incidents, and Fraud Prevention
The operator reserves the right to suspend access, cancel credits, restrict account functionality, disable downloads, block new jobs, or take reasonable protective measures in the event of suspected fraud, payment reversal, chargeback abuse, unauthorized payment activity, disputed transaction, account misuse, or breach of the applicable contractual terms.
The operator may also preserve relevant transaction records, technical logs, account identifiers, upload records, processing records, and support exchanges where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, or cooperation with payment providers and competent authorities.
16. User Responsibility for Uploaded Images
The user is solely responsible for the images uploaded to the Service and for the commercial use of the processed results.
The user represents that they have all necessary rights, permissions, and legal bases to upload, process, transform, download, publish, sell, advertise, or otherwise use the uploaded images and processed results.
The operator is not responsible for disputes relating to trademarks, copyrighted works, product packaging, counterfeit products, image rights, privacy rights, misleading listings, false product claims, or marketplace policy violations caused by the user’s content or commercial use.
17. No Resale or Transfer
Credits, subscriptions, accounts, and paid access rights are personal to the user account unless the operator expressly authorizes otherwise.
You may not resell, transfer, sublicense, rent, share, or commercially exploit access to the Service as a competing service, automated processing service, or unauthorized bulk conversion service.
18. Abuse and Excessive Use
Paid access does not authorize abuse, automated scraping, abnormal server load, circumvention of technical controls, credential sharing, payment fraud, or use of the Service in a way that harms platform stability or other users.
The operator may apply technical limits, rate limits, temporary restrictions, manual reviews, or account suspensions where reasonably necessary to protect the Service.
19. Consumer Mediation
In accordance with applicable consumer law, a consumer may seek an amicable resolution by contacting the operator first through the contact details available on the website.
If the dispute cannot be resolved directly, the consumer may use any competent consumer mediation mechanism available under applicable law.
The European Commission also provides an online dispute resolution platform for consumers, although availability and applicable procedures may depend on current European rules and the nature of the dispute.
20. Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, business interruption, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of marketplace ranking, listing rejection, advertising rejection, account suspension by a marketplace, loss resulting from processed image quality, user misuse, third-party service failure, or legal restrictions affecting the Service.
Subject to mandatory legal rights that cannot be excluded, the operator’s total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user for the purchase directly concerned during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
21. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in the user’s country of residence where such rules cannot be excluded.
Subject to mandatory rules that cannot be excluded, any dispute relating to these Terms of Sale or to a purchase made through the Service shall be submitted to the competent French courts.
22. Changes to the Terms of Sale
The operator may update these Terms of Sale at any time. The version published on this page is the version currently applicable.
Changes apply to future purchases and renewals unless otherwise required by law. Continued use of paid features after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
